Susan loves the community feeling created by her neighbors in West Virginia. She knows the region runs on the energy of local businesses and that’s why she’s driven to help them find the best possible commercial polices to serve their needs. Susan thrives on working with her clients to find solutions that matter. Her four years at iiS has focused on commercial coverage for a large variety of businesses.

Susan appreciates spending time with family and friends. As an avid gardener, she enjoys being in nature and takes every opportunity to get outside. Thinking ahead, Susan would love to travel more and perhaps live part time in sunny Florida.
